international fair of matter and energy recovery and sustainable development - ecomondo (rimini - italy) from 03 to 06 of november 2015
The improvement of air quality and noise in urban and industrial areas is one of the primary objective in the context of the more general problem of environmental protection. ECOMONDO represents an important opportunity for communication, information and exchange for all those working in the sector. During the event ICAM will illustrate the best technologies used for the removal of dust, solvents, odours and noise that are developed in a large part of the industrial processes, respecting both environmental and safety directives (ATEX )
With reference to the waste treatment, ICAM designs and builds extraction and filtration systems to remove dusts and odours created during the various stages of solid and liquid waste processing in the recycling and disposal sectors, such as bag filters, cartridge filters (including ATEX applications involving the filtration of potentially explosive dusts), wet scrubber systems for depurating dusts, odours and soluble volatile compounds, and activated carbon filters to adsorb volatile organic compounds. All these plants are widely used in the waste sector. In addition, Icam offers an extraction system for VOCs at low concentrations (<1,5 g/Nm3) in air streams with medium to high flow rates (from 10,000 to 100,000 m3/h).
The event will also be the occasion to present a patented technology that uses bio-oxidation to break down gases and volatile organic compounds (VOC), eliminate odors and remove particulate airborne fine and ultrafine; the pollutants are conveyed to a bioreactor through the attraction to molecular charge and, once introduced in its interior, they are biologically digested and decomposed into water, carbon dioxide and, in case of presence of aggregates, in the base of the primary compound.
The final result is cleaner air without the problem of waste disposal.
We are looking forward to seeing you at ECOMONDO RIMINI (ITALY) 2015, Pavilion D3, Stand 075.
